At just 30, Rolland Kwadwo Appiah Jr. has already lived three football lives: a player who trialed at Club Brugge, a coach who won 5 trophies in one year, and an educator with a Georgetown degree building programs from scratch in America.
Today, he serves as Director of Player Development and Head Coach of the Boys 2008 MLS NEXT team at St. James Football Club and he’s doing it the Ghanaian way: with discipline, vision, and results.
