Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club PLC has announced the institution of a five-member Interim Management Committee (IMC) to steer the affairs of the club.

The decision, contained in a press statement dated September 11, 2026, and signed by Executive Chairman Togbe Afede XIV, follows the resignation of the club’s Managing Director, Mr Julius Ben Emunah.
According to the statement, the Board of Directors has put in place the IMC to run the club pending the appointment of a new management team.
Members of the Committee are:
- 1. Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe – Chairman
- 2. Mr. Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom – Finance
- 3. Mr. Akwasi Agyeman – Operations
- 4. Hon. Vincent Sowah Odotei – Administration
- 5. Alhaji Yusif Abdullai (NCC Chairman) – Mobilization
- The Board assured all stakeholders that it is taking all necessary steps to ensure the club continues its pursuit of pre-eminence, not just in the country but continentally.
- “The club therefore asks all to lend their support to the IMC to ensure success in their work,” the statement added.
