From athlete to technical official to President, Mr. Lartey Otu has dedicated his life to serving the sport “with integrity and excellence.”

A Campaign Built on Service and Results: In the lead-up to the election, the incumbent president rolled out a 20-day message centered on development at every level of the sport.

“Leadership is about service. Together, we have expanded opportunities for athletes, coaches, referees, clubs, and regional associations across Ghana,” he stated.

“Building champions starts at the grassroots. Our commitment to youth development continues to grow stronger than ever,” he added.

He described his tenure as “leadership with results”:
“Developing athletes. Empowering coaches. Strengthening referees. And growing clubs.”

Vision For Growth And Good Governance: Mr. Lartey Otu said the next term would focus on excellence, sustainability, and giving Ghanaian fighters a bigger global stage.

“Every medal begins with opportunity. We remain committed to giving Ghanaian athletes greater international exposure,” he noted.

“A vision for excellence, sustainable growth, athlete welfare, and high-performance development,” he emphasized.

On governance, he pledged to uphold the core values that have guided his administration:
“Transparency. Accountability. Good governance. These remain the pillars of our administration.”

“Investing in people means investing in the future of Ghana Taekwondo,” he added.

Inclusion, Partnerships, And A Sustainable Future: The President said a third term would prioritize inclusion and long-term stability for the sport.

“More opportunities for women, youth, and Para Taekwondo, because inclusive development remains our priority,” he said.

“Our mission continues: stronger regional structures, better opportunities, and greater success for every athlete,” he stated.

“Building partnerships. Securing sponsorships. Creating a sustainable future for Ghana Taekwondo,” he added.

“A third term means consolidating our achievements and reaching even greater heights together,” he said.

“One week to go! Let’s continue to move Ghana Taekwondo forward with experience, unity, and purpose,” he said.

“Experience matters. Vision matters. Results matter. Let’s continue the journey together,” he urged.

“Your vote is a vote for unity, progress, athlete development, and a stronger Ghana Taekwondo,” he stated.
