The National Sports College in Winneba has successfully concluded a three-day player agent training certificate program. The training, which took place from February 20-22, 2026, attracted 45 participants and was facilitated by FIFA-licensed Football Agent, Victor Elias Seshie.

The program was designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in player representation, covering topics such as preparation for the FIFA Football Agent License Examination, practical industry knowledge, effective management of a player’s career, and professional ethics.
Seshie praised the National Sports College for its efforts and encouraged the institution to strive for full university status. “I want to see National Sports College become a fully-fledged university of sports in Ghana,” he said.

Seshie expressed his gratitude to the college for the opportunity to impart knowledge and thanked the participants for their enthusiasm. “I’m so happy to know a group of new leaders that are going out there to give an impact,” he said.

Director of the National Sports College, Mr. Bawah Fuseini, was impressed with the number of participants and the caliber of personalities who attended the program. He advised participants to take their appearance seriously, emphasizing its importance in the football industry.
“The football agent industry is huge, and it’s a lifelong venture,” Fuseini said. “Build your brand, build your trust, and build your appearance, and people will believe in you.”
