The National Sports College (NSC) in Winneba has made a generous donation to the Winneba Local Prison, bringing joy to inmates this festive season.
The college’s delegation, led by Director Mr. Bawah Fuseini, handed over essential items to the prison authorities.
DSP Ebenezer Adomako Ansah, representing the Prisons Service, thanked NSC for the thoughtful gesture, saying it would greatly support inmate welfare.
Mr. Fuseini emphasized NSC’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility, highlighting the college’s efforts to positively impact society beyond sports development.
The donated items included toiletries, cleaning supplies, and foodstuffs. The NSC team interacted with prison officials and inmates, strengthening ties between the two institutions.
