Rugby Africa’s President, Herbert Mensah, recently met with South Africa’s Minister of Sports, Arts, and Culture, Gayton McKenzie, to witness a groundbreaking contract signing between the French Development Agency (AFD), the South African Rugby Union (SARU), and Rugby Africa. This pivotal agreement is set to further boost rugby’s influence in Africa, with South Africa already a powerhouse in the sport.
