Hearts of Oak emerged victorious in the 2024 Homowo Cup, defeating Hearts of Lions 8-7 in a nail-biting penalty shootout.
Former Hearts of Oak striker Kwadjo Obeng Jr. drew first blood, breaking the deadlock just three minutes into the game. The crowd erupted in cheers as Obeng Jr. celebrated his goal, but Hearts of Oak refused to back down.
