Eric Addo to Officiate ITTF African Youth Event

Former Ghana table tennis national team player Eric Ofori Addo has been selected to officiate at the prestigious ITTF African Youth Championships 2024 in Botswana.

As the only Ghanaian nominated for this honor, Addo will don a new hat as a certified international umpire. He will depart Ghana on Sunday, July 14th, and return on Sunday, July 22nd.

The championships will take place at Botho University in Gaborone, Botswana, from Monday, July 15th, to Saturday, July 21st.

Addo’s expertise and experience will contribute to the success of the tournament, showcasing Ghana’s presence in the African table tennis community. This opportunity highlights Addo’s dedication to the sport, both as a player and now as an official, inspiring the next generation of table tennis enthusiasts in Ghana.
