Nsoatreman FC has pulled out of the ongoing 2024/25 Ghana Premier League, citing concerns for the safety and security of their players. This decision comes after a fan was fatally stabbed during their match against Kotoko on February 2, sparking fears of retaliation from aggrieved supporters.

The team also referenced a recent attack on their players in Kukuom, Ahafo Region, while traveling to face Samartex. To protect their players, Nsoatreman FC feels compelled to withdraw from the league.
