In a shocking interview on Oyerepa FM, Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Committee member and Berekum Chelsea Director, Nana Oduro Sarfo, sparked outrage among Asante Kotoko fans.
He boldly declared that the storied club is “just like Young Apostle,” implying they’re overhyped.
“What’s so special about Kotoko?” Nana Oduro Sarfo questioned. “You media folks give their supporters false hopes. They’re not exceptional; just like Young Apostle, they have strengths and weaknesses.”
Berekum Chelsea will host Asante Kotoko SC in the Ghana Premier League week 4 at the Golden City Park on Sunday, 29th September, 2024.
