The 2024 Salpholda Hockey League entered week 11 with breathtaking action across all divisions at the Theodosia Okoh Hockey Stadium.

In the Men’s Division, Law Enforcers Police locked horns with the Tax Collectors GRA, who secured a 1-0 victory through a penalty corner goal by Luke Damali in the third quarter, putting them in second place on the league log. Arkmen defeated the University of Ghana with a 2-0 score, while the Reformers triumphed 3-1 against the Legonknights.
The final game in the men’s division saw league leaders Exchequers draw 0-0 with the Army, a repeat of the first-round results, captivating spectators from start to finish.
In the women’s division, extinguishers and reformers opened the matches. The favourite Reformers were shocked when their early third-quarter field goal by Monica Swell Grant was equalised by the Extinguishers’ Aryee Emilia through a penalty corner in the last quarter. Police arrested Legonknights by 3-0 scores, and Army and GRA ended in a 1-1 draw.
League sponsors Salpholda lost their game against Multi Stix by 1-0 in the Masters Division. NDK Financiers drew 2-2 with Citizen International.
In the youth division, Hockey is the Reason continued their dominant play with a 7-0 victory over Young Financiers, and Tema Manhean defeated Arkboys 1-0 to conclude week 11 actions.
